We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible using reliable tracked services.
Shipping Methods
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services depending on order processing time.
All orders include:
- Full tracking
- Delivery confirmation
- Photo proof of delivery where available
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
- Orders placed before 2pm are prioritised for same-day processing where possible
- Dispatch may occur the same day or within up to 2 business days, depending on how busy we are
Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Overall, from order to delivery, you can expect:
- Approximately 2–4 working days in most cases
These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Weekends & Bank Holidays
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays
- Any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next working day
Tracking & Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched:
- You are responsible for monitoring tracking updates
- You must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is provided
Royal Mail provides delivery confirmation, including photographic evidence.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates:
- Delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, peak periods, or other external factors are outside of our control
- We are not responsible for courier delays once your parcel has been dispatched
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost by Royal Mail:
- We will offer a replacement or full refund following investigation
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided:
- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order
Refused or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed:
- The order may be returned to us
- A refund will be issued minus the shipping cost
If free shipping was applied, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
