Once your parcel has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes while it’s in transit. However, you can still return the order to us, and we’ll issue a refund once it arrives back with us and has been checked.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday using Royal Mail tracked delivery services. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
