At Uncle Gym Ltd, we aim to make returns simple, fair, and transparent while protecting the integrity of our products.

Returns Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days, provided that:

  • Items are unused
  • Items are sealed and unopened
  • Items are in their original packaging and condition

Returns must be posted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Any product with a broken or tampered seal
  • Opened or used supplements
  • Items not in their original condition

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@unclegym.co.uk with:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We use Royal Mail Tracked services, which include delivery confirmation and parcel condition evidence. We also package all items securely to minimise damage.

If your claim is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund
  • Any shipping costs paid will also be refunded where applicable

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear after processing

Faster Option

We may offer store credit as a faster alternative, which can be issued instantly

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or damaged

Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused at delivery:

  • A refund will be issued minus the shipping cost
  • If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order
